Well, with fishing season closing on October 15 for the lakes in my area I have to say that fishing has come to an end for me for another season.  As I have said in other posts I have had a fantastic summer of fishing this season.  I was able to fish for trout, bass, chain pickerel, and salmon this year.  All were great trips.  I fished lots with my “regular” fishing friends but I also was able to get out with some new people to some new places.  It is always great to be able to get out fishing with people and this summer I rarely fished by myself.  There is nothing wrong with going by yourself but I feel it is much more enjoyable to go with a friend or two.

I am hoping to continue to write on my blog over the winter so please come back over the next handful of months to check it out.
